Our next available appointments are for Tuesday 25th Wednesday 26th Friday 28th Saturday 29th of August . We strongly advise to pre-book your next appointments when dropping off or picking up your dogs to secure furniture appointments.

24.01.2022 COVID-19 update... As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we would like to provide the following information. Shear Elegance Pet Styling are focused on the health of our staff, our customers and our community as we continue to provide vital care for your loved ones. Our business hours for grooming remain the same but with heightened sanitising practices now in place.... There are currently no reported or confirmed cases of COVID-19 for cats or dogs in Australia as studies have shown it not to pass on to cats or dogs from humans and we are working under the most stringent of hygiene standards. If you have flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person, or you have travelled internationally within the last 14 days, we respectfully ask that you reschedule your appointments. You'll also notice when dropping off your dog that our team will be wearing appropriate personal protective equipment for the consultation . Our salon is being sterilised regularly between consults and grooming both in our reception area and grooming areas. Please take off any leads , collars , harnesses and pet clothing before entering our salon . All donations will help dogs that need vet care , food and toys . If you would like your dog to have a Christmas photo taken please let us know when dropping off.

17.01.2022 As groomers we try our best to keep all our clients happy with our services. We are super busy and a little over worked at this given time due to COVID-19 and in some cases dogs are matted and tangled and we try our best to remove Matt’s / knots and sometimes we just can’t remove them as it’s not far for the dog to go through pain and discomfort so we have to go shorter to remove the Matt’s . Now sometimes clients don’t like the fact that we have had to go shorter but we always put our four legged fury friends first and always will . We understand people’s lives have adjusted a little and people can’t get their dogs groomed as often as they would like so we do try our best . Just remember to always appreciate your groomer for what he or she does for your dog.

02.01.2022 I really hate doing this but I have to. We groomed a clients dog on Wednesday that had a matted tail and ears and we had to go shorter as the dog was distressed at having it brushed out . Her friend was pet sitting her dog and understood the need to shave when we showed her the matting on pick up. Unfortunately now the owner is commenting on everyone’s posts. And this is some of the matting. We understand the owners disappointment but we always put the dog's welfare first. In... regards to the dog being off her food, that is a direct reaction to the dog copying the owners distress. If we are happy to see your dog, they are happy to see us. Dogs don't care what they look like only how you respond to them so if ever your unhappy with a haircut remember to share joy with your dog instead of sadness. We would like to thank all our customers for being so supportive and helpful during this time
