24.01.2022 Im going to put my hand up here! Let you in to my deep, dark secret which for years I tried to keep hidden from the world. It become exhausting doing it. ... So now I will shout it loud and proud. Here we go.......There are days when I dont feel inspired, when I need to be creative, write a program, workshop, event, record a VLOG and I just feel BLAH! You know what else I realised that having days like this is normal and sometimes you need them. I used to beat myself up over it, push through, continue to create and you know what I didnt LOVE the result. So now I cut myself some slack, do something which INSPIRES me like, exercising in the sun, a pilates class, reading a chapter of my current novel (not a inspirational book), coffee with a friend. Some might call this procrastinating, but I limit myself to HOW long I spend doing this one thing which is going to give me back the renewed energy I need, to feel INSPIRED and to then create the master piece I know is inside of me. What do you do to INSPIRE yourself?

24.01.2022 Happy Monday Everyone! This week is my wedding week, the week I get to marry the love of my life. We are having our wedding in gorgeous Bali with 100 of our family and friends flying out to celebrate with us.... It is so important to take time out and spend time with the people you love, do it in the places that mean something to you, turn your dreams into a reality and dont settle for less. Ben and I had a dream 9 months ago to create this amazing week for all the people that mean the most to us. This week is now here and it is a reality. My question to you is what dreams do you have and what do you need to do to make them come alive?

24.01.2022 If you could visit anywhere in the world where would it be? For me travel is one of my passions. I work so I can travel, see new places, experience other cultures, immerse myself in different corners of the world. The places I visit inspire me to do what I do. Makes me appreciate the life I have and the world I live in.... On my bucket list is Antarctica because it is one of the most isolated places on the planet. Home to some of the most amazing wildlife and the beautiful surroundings. If you could visit anywhere in the world where would it be?

24.01.2022 What do you do to relax? For me right now I'm lying in the sun about to pick up where I left off this morning reading a great book I simply can't put down. For me, I get transported into another world of fantasy where my imagination gets to run wild and conjure up the characters that almost become apart of me and this side of my life all the while I am reading this book.... When I'm ready to put it down I come back feeling energized and ready for what lies ahead. So I ask you, what do you do to relax from the craziness of life?

21.01.2022 Do you spend a lot of your time creating, planning, trying to get it right?? What if I was to share a secret with you that there is no right!? What would that mean to you??... I ask you this coming from an ex perfectionist. I was always having to do one last thing to the project I was working on. Taking away and adding to it because it wasnt ready to go out into the big wide world. And you know what!? I found it utterly exhausting!! I finally decided enough was enough I couldnt do perfect anymore. I couldnt always be in the planning stage. I needed to take ACTION now because how would I ever know what succeeds and what doesnt! So I did it against everything inside me I planned, created, tested and took action..... Sure there have been times what I put out into the big wide world doesnt float, BUT for the times it does and the lives you can help and inspire in the process whilst building your business is so much bigger than the need to get it right. 18.01.2022 Yesterday sporadically turned into being my perfect day !! Here's what happened: Got to hang out 1:1 with my bestie, new hus aka Ben Ross... Lazy morning wake up Followed by ocean front lunch at a cool venue eating yummy food Dip in the pool with awesome view A couple of hours work on the new biz (need to work so we can play ) Followed by walking out for a quiet dinner only to be given tickets to a $300 degustation dinner because the lady's husband was sick, at Luke Maning's signature restaurant, with 5 of the top chefs in Bali!!! Sometimes timing can be everything ! Let days like that continue What is your ideal perfect day?

18.01.2022 You know there is no magic little pill right!? Where you take a pill, wave a wand and abracadabra your dream business is born! If only it was that simple!... Or what if your magic little pill, your super cool wand was in the form of a person???? Thats right! Someone who has been there and done that, achieved the success that you want to achieve They are you in a few years 2+ years time! Working with awesome clients Going on their dream holidays Buying their holiday home down the beach What if that could be you too!? Well GUESS WHAT it so can be! I was the person who thought I could take the magic pill, wave the super cool wand and hey presto my dream business would be born!! Boy did I have a major wake up call!! There were highs, there were lows, their were times I even nearly packed it in! Then I finally decided long after I should have to reach out for HELP! I found my coach this awesome women who was a few years a head of me.... Running the business of her dreams, working with awesome clients, spending time with her growing family, buying the things she wanted ....... And GUESS WHAT!!? She was living the life I wanted to live and she told me I can have it too! I trusted her I believed in her I did EVERYTHING she told because the proof was in the pudding 2 years on after starting my business I am sitting here in Bali writing this to you! 10.01.2022 In todays world we are constantly moving, our minds are always active, we have a higher expectation then ever that we need to keep busy because this means we are moving forward. What if busy meant you were tired and exhausted and unable to give much back at the end of the day? What if you didnt always need to be moving, being active and you spent more time nourishing your mind and body?... Doing the things you love to do Spending time with the people you love to spend time with How would that be for you? If you could paint a picture of your PERFECT IDEAL DAY who would be in it? What would you be doing? Where are you? What can you see, hear, feel, smell and taste? Can you have that day today? If not when can you have it? 09.01.2022 Speaking from stage is definitely an art form One to be admired A skill to learnt... Practiced Delivered Adding more tools to your belt by constantly growing, expecting more delivering a high quality performance for your audience In your closing scene there has to be a SELL FROM STAGE An offer you make your audience to work more closely with you An opportunity for them to grow their knowledge, skills & expertise Dont make the mistakes other speakers make thinking selling from stage is a ploy and making $$$ is bad Every speaker should and needs to do this to have a successful and profitable business If you perform and deliver a Stella event to your audience and dont include a sell from stage then your presentation YES has added value BUT you are not serving the people in your audience who want to know how they can keep working with you My message to you is get really good at this thing we call presenting, treat it like an art form and embrace the SALES because the reason you are up on stage and running your business is not to give everything away for free, you are ultimately in business because.......?

07.01.2022 Do you lack confidence before you get out on stage? Is there a little voice inside your head speaking to you? You try and quiet it down because damn it youre out there doing your thang ...... BUT its still there questioning you, judging you, doubting you!!... My voice used to be called Little Nic She sat on one shoulder and spoke to me, questioning me, judging me, doubting me. ...... UNTIL ...... I took a STAND I said "NO MORE" I decided I needed replace the strategy I was running with one that worked!! The strategy I use and ALL of my successful clients use is one of CERTAINTY I am certain WHY I am getting out on my stage I am certain I am there to SERVE my audience and get them results I am certain my audience in the room are a MATCH because of how I market to them To get the CERTAINTY you have to build the muscle The week you are presenting visualise your audience .... 06.01.2022 So this week as you may know is my wedding week in tropical Bali AND Ben and I are considered the King and Queen of organisers in our circle However nothing can prepare you for the last minute venue dramas ... 6 days before our wedding we were told we cant have live music.....disaster in our book! We are flying a band out from Aus especially for the occasion - so ultimately this is a big challenge (to put it nicely) to be faced with on such short notice So we went into ACTION mode Phoning everyone we knew, to pull our resources together to find an alternative for our DREAM wedding Then there was the good old POF (puddle on the floor) moment when the reality of no venue now 4 days before our wedding set in Once this was out and dealt with we then moved into solution mode on DAY 3 where the practicality set in All the while we worked as a TEAM, we decided to let the people around us know what was happening so could get the support from our family and friends who are our TEAM OF CHAMPIONS My message to you here is, it is not always going to be a straight road to get to your destination, and if you have the support of those around you and the flexibility to go left or right you will always find a solution and end up at your destination even if it is a different to the one you thought you would arrive at.

02.01.2022 Have you ever wondered WHY you are not getting the reaction you want from your audience? Perhaps why some people are dis engaged? Yawning, chatting, not jumping up and down enthused!? Well your audience are a representation of you. ... Yes thats right! Sorry to burst the bubble here BUT its true! When you are presenting to your audience they will ALWAYS bring 20% less to the room than you!
