A minimum 1 year property experience with own portfolio is preferable but not essential. Successful applicants must demonstrate a proactive attitude and have strong customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Assisting managing rental portfolio... - Liaising with landlords and tenants - Conducting incoming and routine inspections - Overseeing rental arrears control - Attending to tribunal applications and hearings, if required - Liaising on insurance matters - Managing repairs and maintenance - Preparing lease agreements and conducting sign ups for new tenants - Conducting general administrative duties You will require: - Experience in property management - Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate - Strong computer literacy in Microsoft & property management programs - Current drivers licence - Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships - Effective communication skills with ability to liaise with multiple parties in a timely manner - Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team - Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines whilst multi-tasking - Professional presentation This position is full-time, and includes Saturday work on rotation.
