20.01.2022 I am standing for the ATO expand citizen resident home owner can have guests non-family unlimited without tax them and without effect their government support payment!. Citizen resident home owners have heavy bills and shares their home to help bills. It could fall under hobby. ... I also, standing for all the Councils in Melbourne give business owners free Whole day car parks subject to their unit if their unit not have one, like me as business owner in Coburg I need it because my unit not have car park subject to my unit and our council is Moreland council. I have very hard time from them as I don’t received support from them in return. As the business owners we need support free whole day car parks, this can make big difference to us so we have less have hard from Council, It could reward and encourage us bring good more services to serves the local and community!. I also standing for the Landlords/Tenants Body Corporate levy waives and compensation them when Body Corporate manage by a agent like Strata Data with committees if they not give the services in return. Will be their own cost if they not treated people rights like, sent Landlord/tenant debt collectors or VCAT whilst they requested for arrange payment plan at first place. Been being interacted with Strata Data for a year being tenant/landlord, I find they not helpful. they not have good body for Landlord/tenant to used, conclusion, they are not useful. here are stuffs they did toward tenants/Landlords in Walkers Arcade: 1/ upsetting landlords and tenants- make them lost business (the roof was lacking and been report from tenants & Landlord (report in the annual meeting in 2016) but take more them a year to fix it - leave the case too long and make worse damaged into our shop and tenant not business on those day and it too long the water went into my shop too many times and damaged our shop floor). take too long to get back on requested, like, a payment plan for the body corporate fee (applied from September 2017). 2/ not save costs for landlords/tenants, like, used not relevant services like debt collections and VCAT created more costs to Landlords/Tenants. Electricity need to cut to save cost - like, need to install solar with no cost - government grant- rebate for small business, Unit 15 report early in May 2019 but not action yet. Landlord/tenant not have service in return from Strada Data but brought threaten to them by used debt collections and VCAT services threatened whilst the tenant agree for payment plan. Distracted tenants do business from their debts collectors and VCAT. make Landlords/tenants fall sick and suffers. 3/ take them one year to work out a payment plan and asked upfront fee too high and tenant can not afford same as debts collectors. 4/ the Annual meeting notes not sent to the landlords. I were missed two already - 2017 and 2019. the landlords/tenants not have services from Strata Data.

16.01.2022 NEWS: Only registered tax agent received invited to ATO Forum. I attended to ATO Forum today 07/06/2017 at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center, the board announced that Individual tax payers need to aware people who not registered tax agent lodged individual income tax returns got caught and charge low fee. The method that not register tax agent uses to lodge income tax returns are by E-TAX and paper forms.... ATO will stop E-TAX. Also the people who charge individual income tax returns fee of $24 are investigating. See more
