25.01.2022 Before Morgan joined our team I wondered if we needed someone in that role, but now it's hard to imagine what life was like without her. If it wasn't for Morgan we would all have surely drowned long ago, as she has been a lifesaver over and over again. Thank you Mo for always saying YES when you sometimes wanted to say no , thank you for playing Tetris with our appointment book like your life depended on it & thank you for being the voice of reason always. We are so sad to say that Morgan has had to step into Maternity leave a little earlier than we expected, but we are no good at goodbyes anyway. We miss her terribly already but we are all so excited for what lays ahead

24.01.2022 Today officially marks my 10 year anniversary at Profile. WOW! what a ride! Anyone who tells you that owning a salon is easy (or any kind of business for that matter) is crazy. In 10 years we have presented on stage at a national forum, won competitions, moved locations, rebranded (a few times), worked with amazing mentors, changed colour companies a few times, and grown our team (two steps forward one step back, always). All of these things would not have been possible... without our amazing guests who return to Profile time and time again for our Profile experience. To say I am proud of the salon culture that Bec and the girls have created would be an understatement. Our main priority is always to provide you with the beautiful hair our skilled hairdressers are known for as well as an experience like no other ... and we will continue to do so for the next 10 years. 23.01.2022 What do I need to know if I want to change my hair colour from Blonde to Brown? Come with pictures of what you want - and even some of what you don't want. Allow enough time - your first sitting can be time consuming (I'm talking 4 hrs+) depending on what process we choose that best suits your picture... Book a make up consultation for afterwards - although this isn't always necessary we often recommend updating your makeup along with your hair colour. Sometimes we find our favourite lippy or blush doesn't seem quite right after a colour change. (even a little wardrobe update is nice ) Be excited (not scared)!
