Recently we conducted our Menu Sellers Sales Training programme for the Radisson Blu Deira Creek in Dubai, our goal was to assit them to increase their customer's average spend in several of their outlets. Here is the feedback from the F&B Director ... 'I had the pleasure of working with Ian from Profitable Employee on their upselling program. This no doubt a fantastic program that is completely sustainable. The program is designed to be flexible around what your operation requires and is definitely not your standard cookie cutter upselling program that falls flat as soon as the trainer leaves the property. Ian did his research around the business and menus a few weeks prior to commencing the program, he then came in and conducted a full assessment of the outlet. The program was then developed to perfectly fit the requirements and training commenced accordingly.
