25.01.2022 10X Tuesday - Collaboration Just the other day, my 14yo son said Who pays someone else to mow their lawn? How lazy. Now I didn’t consciously teach him that way of thinking, it seems to be an attitude he’s picked up from life. In a large part of society there seems to be an ingrained contempt for people who pay other people to do something they should do themselves. That you’re being disrespectful to people by paying them to do the work that you don’t want to do.... Finding others who can perform different parts of a project and allowing each to focus on what they do best is Collaboration and it’s is a game changer.
