16.01.2022 A recently installed gas instantaneous hot water unit installed with a Rinnai smart start circulation pump. A flow and return hot water loop is set up in the roof and with a touch of a button on the indoor controller water is circulated through the loop so when a hot tap is opened after the loop has been pre heated you have hot water instantly (without having to wait for cold water in line to pass through tap before hot water arrives).
