The Perth property market has represented great value for some time and sales in the land sector that we are involved in, certainly has improved since June last year. I am firmly of the belief this will change commercial property market and caution in investing in the small office market is warranted. Many business have been contemplating remote access... and virtual office arrangements for some time with nervousness to make the decision. The decision is now being made for us. Many business owners will come to the conclusion it is a viable and cost effective option. 02.01.2022 The property observer confirms what we all are seeing on the ground. improved enquiry and land sales. The pricing is still extremely competitive and we don't see this changing overnight, however as developers move to increase inventory civil contractors may look to improve their margins on tenders ultimately pushing up pricing.
01.01.2022 Last year was the tale of two ends. The first half was one of the quietest we have ever experienced since commencing in 2006, following which the second half was very busy with a high level of activity from our builder networks. This has lead to reduced inventories with civil construction initially the focus of the new year.
