25.01.2022 Hey, I'm sorry for being a bit quiet lately. I have been slaving away on a new PCS website which I hope to release to you all very soon!!!! Most of my time has been working on the new Athlete Dashboard for my athletes which they are going to absolutely love! YAY! "What's an Athlete Dashboard" I hear you ask????

25.01.2022 There's quite a few PCS Athletes very happy about this news from Rocky Trail Entertainment but none more happier than me!!!! We cannot wait to support these races and the enthusiastic crew from Rocky Trail and we are glad you are back too!

24.01.2022 MIXED FEELINGS about this announcement this morning! Could not be prouder of the 3 x PCS athletes named in the Australian Team for 2021 UCI Mountain Bike World Champs in Leogang Austria in October! They certainly worked hard in the lead up to National Champs and their hard work paid off! Cameron Wright - Cyclist U/23 Men Phoebe Thompson U/19 Women Caleb Dodds - Cyclist U/19 Men... A little sad that I can't be there with Cam this year at World Champs but he is in BRILLIANT hands with his Giant Factory Off Road Team!!! Disappointed for Phoebe and Caleb who unfortunately are unable to travel due to the restrictions but I know there will be LOTS of opportunity for them in the future! #risingstars #proudcoach

19.01.2022 Without any racing since March it was hard to gauge where athlete form was going to be at but it feels great to be back racing again and PCS athletes had a great hit out. I do however feel conflicted posting how awesome this event was given that some other states are unable to race yet. Sending lots of happy and healthy vibes to our VIC athletes who are unable to race at this time. We spent this past weekend in Wondai (near Kingaroy) for rounds 1 & 2 of the Sth East QLD XCO series and wish to thank the South Burnett MTB Club and Queensland Mountainbike for a great event and I hope we get a chance to come back real soon! 18.01.2022 Last week in my Ride Faster Facebook Group (link in comments), I put out a poll asking what everyone’s favorite Work/Rest Recovery Week Ratio was. Of those that responded more than 15 said they preferred 3:1 (three weeks of hard training and one week of recovery) and only 2 preferred 2:1 ratio. Check out how I use both when structuring programs for my PCS athletes and why 1 is better than the other.
