21.01.2022 Check out our delicious One Pan Bassa & Asparagus recipe! Serves 3 Ingredients: -3/4 brown rice -1 1/2 cup of water ... -3 cups of asparagus -2 1/4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil -340g of Bassa fillet (boneless) -Salt and pepper to taste -1 drizzle lemon infused olive oil Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven time 190C 2. Cook the brown rice as directed 3. Once the rice is cooking, lay the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet and drizzle with half the olive oil. Lay the Bassa fillet over the top of the asparagus, drizzle with remaining olive oil and season to taste with the salt and pepper. Drizzle lemon infused olive oil over the top and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the Bassa is cooked through. 4. Divide the rice and Bass and enjoy! See more

14.01.2022 Did you know just by soaking nuts in water, you can get more nutrients out of them? Nuts are high in fibre, protein and essential fats. They also contain natural chemicals that interfere with your digestive system. Activating nuts helps to remove the phytic acid in nuts, which binds to vitamins and minerals preventing them from being absorbed. Soak nuts such as almonds or hazelnuts in water for 6-12 hours, discard the water. Spread the nuts on a baking tray and place in a pre-heated oven at a low temperature (50 degrees) for 6 hours. They will be dry, crunchy and bio-available. Enjoy and love your guts

Sprinkle of ground nutmeg (optional) Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1/2 avocado to serve Method: 1. Combine all ingredients ta in a medium bowl. 2. Stir until well-combined. 3. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat 4. Mould mixture into medium size balls and press flat into pan. 5. When brown on one side, turn and cook the other side.
