09.01.2022 HOLY CRAP... A new Lancet study just published finds 2.41 BILLION people need rehab! That’s 1 in 3 people and an increase of 63% in 30 years! And MSK conditio...ns particularly low back pain are the most prevalent conditions! Our population is facing a pandemic of pain and disability, yet many physios are still arguing about what type of massage or grade of spinal mobilisation is the best! These figures and charts below just blow my mind! If we all don’t start to take a more proactive role in the social determinants of our own and others health, things are only going to get worse! https://www.thelancet.com//PIIS0140-6736(20)32340/fulltext

05.01.2022 How are you all? Sorry I’ve been slacking in the social media department, all my amazing clients are keeping me busy! Just wanted to share my new Movement of the week, and it’s very Oamaru...I learned to ride a (half size) Penny Farthing!! Thanks to the most amazing teacher there were no injuries, just lots of laughs. What have you been up to, any exciting new movement/exercise/sport to report?
