17.02.2022 A quick look at what Mickey has achieved over the past 12 months or so, losing 22.1% body fat equalling 24.4kg of fat and gaining 12.8kg of lean weight while adding an extra 1000 calories per day since we started is something to be proud of. Working shift work and finding out the shift the day before has not been something that he has let stand in his way. Mickey has also made many life style changes as well from eating cheap takeaway numerous times per week to now tracking h...is food and eating healthy whole foods not fairy bread and chocolate. With smarter choices being made he is able to progress well and continue to eat more food and gain other benefits such as more stable moods and a clear mind. Making massive short term changes don't always lead to great success, while weight loss may happen initially its important to not get trapped in the continual weight loss and gain cycle. Having a controlled approach and goals set can help achieve a more desirable physique, being able to maintain it year round and not needing to constantly feel like one is dieting all the time.

08.02.2022 In the last 6 weeks Micky has made some serious progress with his body composition and strength goals. As a shift worker there were some lifestyle habits that needed to change in order for his success. However, these proved to be no issue with dropping 11.3% body fat (12.6kgs of fat) and gaining 8.8kgs of lean weighting this short time. Adding to this he's gained 21kgs to his squat, 11kgs to his bench and a massive 40kgs to his deadlift. This is a massive achievement in such a short time and looking forward to see what the future holds.

In the the last 6 weeks he has gained 5.7 kgs of muscle and lost 400g of fat. While increasing calories just shy of 800 per day. ... Also adding 28kg to his squat, 16kg to his bench and a massive 41kg to his deadlift. His results are a direct outcome of his effort. He trained hard and ate all his food. 21.01.2022 Been recently utilising Pre-exhaust styling of training, personally I have found it extremely effective for getting through plateaus and training around injuries. Being able to go into a heavy compound movement after completing multiple sets of isolation movements, ensures the joints and muscles are warm reducing the chance of injury and also be able to use less weight for the compounds. This is an example of a back and hamstring workout with rep ranges being from 6 all the... way up to 30 depending on the exercise. 06.01.2022 Here's a quick look at Sammy's progression over the last few months. Sam works as a flight attendant so inconsistent days and very long hours are an everyday occurrence for him. However he stuck to the plans as best he could and made some dramatic changes leaving him feeling healthier, more energetic and stronger. Balancing the inconstant work schedule along with outside commitments he lost a massive 10.3kgs of fat and gained 5.5kgs of lean weight. And is now eating an extr...a 700cals a day then when he started. Awesome work.

02.01.2022 In mid February Sean came into the gym with no previous experience in any form of weight training or measured eating. With a starting point of 75.6kg @ 23.8% bf there was some work to do. Fast forward 3 months and he's now sitting at 73.5kg @ 11.3%bf. This working out to be an increase of 7.6kgs of lean weight and a massive drop of 9.7kgs of fat. This was achieved while running a company, working away, managing staff, night shifts and limited time to train and relax. Then wh...en home keeping commitments with family and friends. The commitment of Sean is second to none eating all the required food and doing the training he was prescribed allowing him to achieve these results as well as benefitting from more sustainable energy, better moods and sleep. Well done to Sean and keep up the good work.
