13.01.2022 Funnel-Web season! With recent rain Funnel-Webs thrive in these conditions. Please familiarise yourself and family with first aid for spider bites and be prepared with bandages and techniques. Whilst alive, Funnel-webs are milked for venom and over the past few years drop-off numbers have decreased. We encourage customers to not kill funnel-web spiders that you encounter but instead follow safety guidelines online to capture the spider and hand them into the Australian Reptile Park or participating drop-off centres.
