20.01.2022 One of my clients Jack getting his portions on point. I’m currently studying nutrition, it’s been so helpful for my clients getting on top of their nutrition. It’s all about being mindful, in my opinion it’s common sense but it’s hard to know what your doing is right due miss information that’s out there, with fad diet and food trends. Just stick to whole foods and colourful fruits and vegetables. Control your environment. Be consistent. Food is your friend not your enemy.

15.01.2022 #playmore When’s the last time you threw a frisbee. Get some solid vitamin D, some cardio in disguise as a fun activity. Great activity to get your kids of the video games and out of the house. Thor and I bring the footy sometimes and play 1v1 1 tackle football. I definitely get a workout chasing Thor I’d say he is faster then me. What are some other activities you do as a fun #Phatbuster



14.01.2022 Tracking is super important when trying to reach your fitness goals. Are you flying blind or just winging it How do you know your getting stronger? How do you know if what your eating is helping you get results. I see a lot of people in the gym consistently training yet look the same. It’s ok if they are happy with it but if they are training for a goal, how do they know if what they are doing is working.

12.01.2022 Our warm up while I was training at the Storm Wrestling Academy. The Calgary altitude was intense. When I got back to Australia, I toke one breath and was able to breathe for a week. Rest a minute after each round. Enjoy.

10.01.2022 Combine these 2 for a solid quick breakfast on the go. Cheaper but cost a little time, is to prep the 2 the night before. Yopro is about $6 for a bigger container and oats are about $2 for a bag that will last you till 2050 (not really) add frozen berry’s the oats after you cook them to cool them down to eat straight away.



10.01.2022 Who’s excited to head into 2021 knowing you’re on the right track? No? Why not? what’s stopping you? ... Now we can’t blame everything on covid.

09.01.2022 Planning is very critical when it comes to your success. Deciding when you wake up and when you go to sleep is a great habit to start of with. Then your able to play around with the hours you have left in the day. Plan your workouts and meals if you can around the same time each day to form another great habit. Use technology to your advantage. Your phone, tablet and laptop becomes almost like an extended part of your brain. Use reminders, calendars and other apps to help you... remember and stick to your plan. Set to do list for daily tasks and set a cut off time. Use alarms as well, as another way to remember. We all get busy so use what we can to make our lives easier and optimal the best we can. Plan weekly themed meals like Taco Tuesday so you don’t have to think about what your eating for dinner. Plan for big occasions like birthdays or holidays so you’ll know you may break your calories budget so tightening the ship a couple of days beforehand to free up some calories. Expect the unexpected by planning for it. See more

08.01.2022 I think this year is the year to do things you’ve been putting off or that you don’t want to do. Sometimes it’s the things you don’t want to do that usually are the things you need to do. Get uncomfortable. Go on a journey. Get humbled in not being good at something. Learn to cook. Learn a language. Try something that you’d never see yourself doing. Start a new book. Finish one you started. Write a book. Endless opportunities to grow. Your probably doing all this in an alternate universe so why not do it in this one.

08.01.2022 You can make whatever you want happen. It’s just knowing what it actually is that you want to achieve and go after it. You can want something but are you willing to put in the work for it. Maybe you are Willing but not ready. Maybe you need more time. You can be willing, ready but not able. For instance what’s going on in the world today with the uncertainty of Covid-19. You really need all 3, to be willing, ready and able to achieve your goals. If your not then ask yourself that question. #dowhateverittakes #goals

08.01.2022 How easy is it to grab the chocolates over say a luscious juicy apple. It was something I did all the time. Little habits like that would add up and would ultimately slow my progress. You will feel just as satisfied and benefits from the nutrients of an apple. That being said you can still eat chocolate, just in moderation.



04.01.2022 Comparing yourself to someone won’t do you any good. We are all unique snowflakes. You can inspire to be like someone but as much as I want I’ll never be The Rock. Be your own. Do you without regrets. Tell your own story.

02.01.2022 I believe your week should start Sunday. Planning to absolutely crush the week by setting targets. By setting little targets adds up to achieving the biggest goals. Remember you can’t climb Mount Everest in a day, you first have to get to base camp and then all the phases up the mountain (4 Phases) . Steps to own the week ahead. 1. Plan your meals.... What fuel are you going to feed that beast of body of yours? Have go to meals and snacks for on the go. Check your pantry and fridge. 2. Go grocery shopping. Do it after you’ve eaten not on a empty stomach. Have a list and stick to it!!! Make it quick. 3. Go over your weeks program and workouts. Slot them into your diary. Give yourself no reason not to go. 4. Pre your food. Anyway you can make your life easier and less decision making will ultimately make your life easier. 5. Do a good stretch or some yoga. It’s just one way to prepare your body and assess what’s going on. If your tight stiff some where always good to get it sorted straight away. 6. Plan your sleep cycle. This is easier said then done but for me it’s been the best thing I’ve done in 2020 for my body. Sleeping a proper sleep cycle is amazing. 7. Reviews goals before bed. Look over where you want to be how you want to feel and live your life. 8. Get excited about life. Just think how awesome life is. Have gratitude for everything positive in your life.
