25.01.2022 This is simple pattern, easy to sew and very colourful. A definite stashbuster.

24.01.2022 Jodie came up from the Gold Coast to deliver some truly stunning quilts.

23.01.2022 Was asked to make a quilt from Linus for a little 2 yr old with cancer who lives in Newcastle. Apparently he hadn't received a quilt and has been in and out of hospital. His mother is delighted to think that someone in Qld is thinking of him. Robyn

21.01.2022 Hi, does anyone live near Marsden that could pick up a donation of fabric, please? Robyn

20.01.2022 Susan Parnwell - can you get in contact with me on messenger please. Robyn Frank

19.01.2022 Ladies, we are still doing the appointment schedule for our meeting. If you dot have an appointment, you can still drop off and pick up if you can be quick.

18.01.2022 The Linus Bear quilt designed by Lorraine Carthew and Gail Price is great fun to make and a great quilt to receive. The Project Linus team continues to produce quilts while in self isolation.

14.01.2022 Thank you to Sue who bought along 25 quilts from @ Deborah Jones and her group at Logan. We are privileged to have many keen sewers who contribute to Project Linus.

09.01.2022 I am supposed to be packing the house ready for moving, but, got very bored so decided to work on Stairway to Cat Heaven. Now have to decide on a border. Fabulous free pattern http://mccallsquilting.com from October, 1997 issue of McCalls’s Quilting.

08.01.2022 Ladies, if you didn’t get an email, we have gone back to appointments in stead of a meeting. If you don’t have an appointment, don’t panic, you can still pop in to grab any material, wadding or backing. Also to drop off any completed quilts. Robyn

08.01.2022 Thank goodness I did not pack all my fabric as today I helped my grandson, Levi, prepare a colour wheel for his school art project.

08.01.2022 Come along to meet a lovely group of ladies and see some of the quilts that have been made over the Christmas break

07.01.2022 Hi everyone, our "sort of" meeting is on this Thursday. Remember to book a time if you are just picking up or dropping off, or you are quite welcome to hand stitch whilst sitting outside in accordance with COVID regulations enjoying the beautiful weather and great conversation. Robyn

06.01.2022 Just finished a maze quilt. No pattern, just a photo to go by.. Something you might like to try with all those leftover 2 1/2 inch squares.

06.01.2022 Looking for positives in our current situation - there is time to go through our stashes and make quilts for Project Linus. Here's a scrappy one

05.01.2022 Just a few donations to sort through....... thanks to Gail and Julie

04.01.2022 Hopefully everyone got the email about our meeting being cancelled. Thank you to the ladies who got back to us to arrange a time to pick up any extra material, wadding etc for your boredom busting sewing. If you still haven’t got an appointment, please get in contact us . Happy sewing everyone. Robyn

03.01.2022 Hi everyone, still no meeting allowed, but if you want backings or more material we will have the hall open from 10-11am

03.01.2022 Hello ladies, our meeting will go ahead on this Thursday, the 11th. We will have hand sanitiser and will clean before and after use with disinfectant. There will be wadding available and some morning tea ( of course). It will be lovely to see everyone again and catch up. If you aren’t comfortable staying any length of time, we will understand. See you all on Thursday

03.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we now have to postpone all meetings. Please stay safe and well until the present health crisis is over. This is a great opportunity to indulge yourself and complete all UFO's and start new projects as well.

03.01.2022 Another cute Project Linus quilt ready for distribution.

02.01.2022 Two bags of beautiful kids quilts from the ladies at Toowoomba Women's Shed to help with all the orders we have over Christmas. Thank you ladies

01.01.2022 Finally finished the maze quilt while at sewing retreat on Bribie Island. Now I’ve got another 5 days to fill in

01.01.2022 Lovely to get feedback from grateful recipients
