22.01.2022 Can we talk about this... Here I want to show you visually, the size difference between the same weight of Fat and Muscle. If you were to grab the exact same handful of each..... The handful of muscle (being denser) would weigh more than the handful of fat.. These two points show that while tracking your weight on the scale has its place in the fitness world.. Once we start to build muscle the scales might start to read the same weight or possibly start to go up (even if you’re body fat is going down). Not to mention, your weight naturally fluctuates slightly on a daily basis. Tracking your body metrics and taking progress photos is a much healthier way to see the improvements to your physique than it is to tracking your body weight alone... Chances are your training is working wonders, you just need the correct tools to see it. 02.01.2022 I could tell you how many calories this is, but I won’t. Counting calories has its place 1010%. Although, majority of the work for effective long term general health/steady weight loss is simply making healthier choices each day consistently, trading take away for wraps/ salads/meats and veges. Swapping out sweets for fruit, and finding ways to avoid boredom binging or over eating. Finding small scenarios in your day that you can take advantage of to get a little more activi...ty in. E.g. Taking stairs instead of the escalator, parking abit further away in a car park so you get a few extra steps in each day. It’s the little things. Keep it simple. Focus on changing your daily habits So that when you decide to pair it with a gym routine or have it compliment your routine already.
