22.01.2022 Project Fairmont was appointed in late 2020 in partnership with a reputable tenant representative to secure a new lease agreement and now design/refit their existing space in Pitt Street. 14.01.2022 Project Fairmont were recently appointed by Ferrari Australasia to manage an end-to-end solution for their new APAC headquarters in Sydney. This included, coordination of tenant representation services, design/construction of the fitout their new office at L25, 259 George Street and make good their previous offices in Australia Square. This included adherence to a strict budget regime, considerable influence from HQ in Italy, a tight time frame yet retain a world class design/installation! 11.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that in the past 2 months Project Fairmont has been appointed by 3 new clients, all prestigious reputable organisations, to begin the search for their new workplace solution. One of which the negotiations are complete and we are moving on now to redesign and reconstruct their current fitout to suit their needs for the next 5 years of their lease. 11.01.2022 One has come to realise, especially over recent times, that there are very few reliable resources available to commercial decision-makers in Sydney today. By that I mean, suppliers and service providers that can be relied on for integrity, resolve, purpose and, above all, with a genuine interest to help them with their decisions. Am I right? For the most part, let's face it, the world has become so noticeably (for oneself anyway) self-centred, self-serving, self-interested, ...bent on money-making-at-the-expense-of- others, that it has lost sight and grown suspicious even indifferent to the genuine intents of those that don't share any of those negative agenda's.
