25.01.2022 Delicious healthy dinner on this fine Saturday evening! B E E F T A C O S! Salsa - diced tomatoes and red onion, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp white wine vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper. Guac - 1/2 avocado, lime juice, coriander and salt/pepper to taste. Beef - beef stir fry strips, crushed garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, red onion.... + ready made stand up tacos, iceberg lettuce and cheddar cheese! We are going to share some of my favourite foam rolling techniques! First up, this is why foam rolling is so good for you: - Assists with recovery - Great option if you are unable to get a massage ... - Improves blood flow - Helps prevent injury - Improves mobility and flexibility Today Prof and I are going to start with your calves, Sit on the floor with your legs out, with the roller under your calves. Roll along from your knees to your ankles and back. Go slowly to make sure you are allowing the muscles to adapt to the pressure. Let me know how you go trying this out this week!
