22.01.2022 Hey guys The year has come to an end. The SP 500 has gone up 28.5% for the year.... If you look at the bottoom right hand corner it says YTD CHG 28.5%. I have been able to compound at roughly 36% this year. I wont be able to achieve this every year but it will really help with my average Compounding going forward. Its been an amazing year to own stocks and I have this feeling that if things fall into place next year will be a good year to.. Remember we are trying to compound our money at the highest rate possible using the stock market as the vehicle to do so. Happy New Year Everybody. Cheers John Mihailidis

04.01.2022 Hey guys We are coming to the end of the year and I have compounded at roughly 30% this year. In December 2018 the world was falling apart and people were screaming that a recession was coming.... I hung in there and didnt panick and now Im up 30%. The moral of the story is that you dont know what is going to happen. I mainly focus on catalyst and events driven investing . Meaning I know a little bit of the story of the company and what I believe will be the catalyst to drive the price higher. Cheers John Mihailidis

03.01.2022 Hi guys want to introduce you to the American Association of Individual Investor Survey. If you look at the Bearish reading at the bottom its at 39.1% . This means that 39.1% of individual investors are bearish about the market in the next six months.... This bearish reading needs to be between 40% to 50% to indicate that people are at their height of fear. A lot of investors have used this tool to see when their is peak fear in the market and have used it as a buy signal . Cheers John Mihailidis
