02.01.2022 This quote has popped up a few times today here and there and also the topic of filling our own cup If being in the customer service industry for over 25 years has taught me anything, it has taught me that everyone struggles with self esteem and self doubt at some time, or all the time. It is only ourselves that hold us back from reaching our goals and finding our happiness. It is NEVER any one else. We all have choices. Today I didn’t wash my hair or do my make up, ran hal...f an hour late to every meeting, forgot half of what I was doing because I have not been looking after myself and giving myself enough rest and self care. I was feeling pretty tired and worn out. I have not been filling my cup. So. Tomorrow is a new moon. I will sleep well and manifest a beautiful day ahead and every challenge I face I will face with a deep breath and a smile. Life can be a struggle when running our own businesses, plus juggling our personal lives. I hope everyone takes time to breathe this weekend and fill your cup with confidence, beauty and appreciation of your successes this week no matter how big all small and know that YOU are enough!
