19.01.2022 COVID-19 Customer Update We would like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers, that whilst we continue to follow the government guidelines and N.S.W Health advice, we will continue to operate until advised otherwise.... What are we doing? We have implemented procedures based on government's guidelines to ensure that all staff areas are free from infection. Our offices and warehouses are equipped with hand sanitizers and are being cleaned thoroughly several times a day. Visiting Us As of the 26th of March our trade counter will be closed to the general public we will endeavour to assist all customers via phone and email. We will not be seeing any sales reps unless organised prior. Deliveries? Our delivery partners have confirmed that daily collections from our warehouse will continue as normal. We have always held good stocks here at PRO-LAMPS N.S.W but as we are sure you can appreciate some items may be difficult to source in the coming weeks and delivery times may be effected by this. We will however offer alternative brands/products if this is an option.
