25.01.2022 We also do Dishwasher Repairs. We were called to inspect this dishwasher as its showing an error. Our electrician found water had pooled in the bottom causing the error. Upon further investigation and removing all covers, he found that the pipe that leads to a pressure sensor was blocked, causing too much water entering the dishwasher to the drain underneath. After cleaning the pipe out properly and putting it back in, the unit operated correctly.

20.01.2022 Ceiling Fan Repair This job was simply to replace the light fitting of the ceiling fan that stopped working. Upon inspection, it was found that the cable was caught in the motor. This sometimes happens from the vibration of the fan working the holding nut loose. Our electrician rewired new cables and installed a new fan light.

17.01.2022 Hot Plate Staying On This was an Urgent Job that was attended immediately. Upon inspection, our electrician found the hot plate to be operating correctly. The oven and cooktop are controlled by one isolation switch, but the oven has no way of operating the cooktop as they are separate items. The new tenants were given proper instruction on how the cooktop works.

11.01.2022 Air-Con not working - This is the work order for this job. Our air-con technician inspected and found that the Printed Circuit Boards in the outdoor condenser unit were faulty and need replacing. If your air-conditioner is constantly breaking down and important components like PCB along with compressor or condenser fail, you are better off replacing it with a new one. We supply and install split system air-conditioner with 5 years warranty.
