23.01.2022 Promedic Laser & Skin family get ready, because we are finally re-opening our doors on October 26th! For all new bookings, please email us [email protected] simply message us on our socials and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For all existing bookings which were cancelled we are currently working through our list and contacting all of our clients to rebook this in! Rest assured, we will be operating from Monday-Sunday and working late nights to meet the... high demand. With a new covid normal in place and guidelines from the Government, some treatments may be limited or not available in clinic until 23rd November 2020. At all times, masks must be worn by all team members and clients at all times in the clinic. Social distancing, exceptional levels of hygiene and cleanliness will be maintained at all times. Please do not attend your appointment with another person. We cannot wait to see you all, we are so excited to finally be able to open!

22.01.2022 Water is one of the most important factors in keeping your skin healthy and vibrant Our cells are made up of 70% water, and this is vital, not only to keep cells plump, but also to facilitate efficient communication between the organelles (little machines) within the cell that enable the cell to function correctly. When our cells lose water they become dehydrated and impaired, shortening their life. This leads to lacklustre, dull skin, which can loose its elasticit...y and bounce. The key to keeping our cells hydrated internally is drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day, eating lots of fresh fruit & veggies and water absorbing foods such as soaked chia! Externally, keeping our lipid barrier healthy ensures that hydration is locked into cells and prevents it from escaping or evaporating. Avoiding stripping cleansers and toners is key in keeping the lipid barrier intact.
