25.01.2022 PromoJam PNG has proudly sponsored the Vabukori Amateur Volleyball Association also known as VAVA. VAVA is a village-based association in PNG's capital Port Moresby which took part in 2009 Arafura Games held in Darwin Australia and defeated Macau - China to win the men's gold medal in volleyball. VAVA returned to the Arafura Games in 2011 and won the gold medal again against Macau China.... VAVA had been the reigning champions in PNG for 14 years in a row but lost the title last year against Fairfax Volleyball Association in 2019. VAVA has rebuilt its lineup combining it veterans with several new debutantes in its bid to regain the title in the National Volleyball Championships which finished Monday just past. VAVA's new-look uniforms has given its four teams and officials a huge boost in moral for its 2020 championship campaign. VAVA expressed their appreciation to PromoJam and its owners Peter and Glenyce for their sponsorship and partnership with VAVA and the people of Vabukori Village.
