25.01.2022 Chris Stolke's 100km ride for children On Sunday, 6 October, Chris Stolke, Manager & Head Digital Strategist of Pronto Woven rode 100kms in the 'Around the Bay' bike ride to raise money for children in need helping them break the cycle of disadvantage through education. You can show your support to this fantastic effort from Chris by making a tax deductible donation: https://www.aroundthebayfundraising.com.au/fund/chrisstolke... For 1 in 6 Australian children growing up in disadvantage, choices and opportunities in life are significantly limited. Funds raised by 'Around the Bay' riders help provide children with practical essentials such as school books, shoes, bags, uniforms. Chris said, "This effort has a strong personal connection for me. My mother's family were very poor and as a young child, she remembers missing school one time, because her family did not have money to buy the socks she needed to wear as part of her school uniform. As an incredibly strong woman, she managed to overcome these terrible barriers and thrive but not everyone has the courage to conquer the odds the way she did. My father was a teacher and he always said that education is the most powerful weapon against the oppression of poverty and looking at my mother, I know that's true!" The ride was 100 kms starting at stunning Sorrento and ending at Melbourne. "I trained diligently for this but it was still an absolute test of perseverance. I was thrilled to complete it in a personal best time. A big motivator of course was the knowledge that our most vulnerable children needed a helping hand to ride to their success. Thanks to incredible support of my family, friends and colleagues I've already raised much more than I expected," Chris added.

10.01.2022 Our engagement with the Woven team is driven by our desire to have a digital platform that strongly integrates with our key backend system. We feel above all, this integration is key to ensuring we deliver functionality to our customers that works across our entire business. We did not want a separate, standalone system which would leave customers confused. We needed a system that worked the same way for customers that the current sales process worked but made this process easier and more transparent. With the deep integration with Pronto Xi, the Woven team were able to deliver functionality we knew would work..." Said David Schar, IT Manager at C.R Kennedy. Learn how we worked alongside CR Kennedy to provide an integrated technology solution to enhance their digital strategy and customer interactions.
