15.01.2022 Well it’s been a hell of a year... If you’d have told me there would be a global pandemic 9 months into starting my own business, I probably wouldn’t have done it! But here we are! It was a hell of a slog for everyone in Team Proof! Long hours, a crazy takeaway/delivery shift, but mainly the uncertainty of what was to come & for that, I take my hat off to the entire team. Their support ensured Proof survived! But not only theirs! Yours as well... I cannot thank you enough! ... Needless to say everyone’s a bit drained from the year that’s been so we will be having our last service for the year at Xmas Eve lunch & then giving everyone a much deserved break, returning on the 6th of Jan! 2021 will be a chance to write off what a bugger of a year this year has been & with the teams rested & refreshed we can smash our way through the new year & work on some new & exciting dishes for 2021! We have also had massive issues with the delivery partner, DriveYello in drivers accepting jobs & drivers just not bothering to accept jobs at all. Its shit! We stuck with them as long as possible to try and support the locals guys at Bopple as we love supporting locals but unfortunately the problems are snowballing so as of Monday we will be changing to a larger delivery se...rvice & online ordering platform. Whilst we would have loved to continue support locals we cannot have orders not getting to you, the paying customer, which is most important to us.
