But he committed to his program. 3x per week. Every week. For 5 years. Now he is physically strong! And mentally strong too! Here Coach Emily has to wear a weight vest to spot Luke. That's strong.

08.01.2022 Quick Story: A young rugby player started training with us a few years ago as he returned from an injury. After a few months his Dad was making enquires about training with us too. ... The Dad was worried cos he hadn't trained for a while and didn't want to be shown up. So we eased him into training. Now the Dad is doing well. Like really well. His posture has changed. His strength has shot through the roof. He inspires and encourages those around him. But the best part? The Son now hears about his Dad. He hears how strong his Dad is. 03.01.2022 THE WEEK THAT WAS... So this week, every Athlete who is either in their Off Season or their Pre Season, had to sprint 40 Cals on the Air Bike. It’s a super tough sesh, where many learn how much they actually can give.... For some, it’s the first time they’ve had the opportunity to empty the tank. And since there is a Strength component and a Conditioning component, it’s a great tracking exercise. Everyone hit PBs. And Coaches were all pumped by both the results and the mindsets. These photos include some of the aftermath.
