18.01.2022 On this week’s #PropelYourBiz series post, our 4th tip is to increase your transaction frequency. You can do this by engaging with your customers/clients so that they buy from you more often! Yes - shifting focus from acquiring new customers to nurturing your exisiting customer is an awesome way to #PropelYourBiz and can actually lead to new customers There are a few ways you can do this. ... RESEARCH YOUR COMPETITORS: What are they doing for their customers? Is there a gold nugget in their approach that you can adapt into your processes? ENGAGE AND BE ACTIVE: In other words, don’t disappear! Clients and customers have a lot of options out there that could be distracting. What value can you provide to your exisiting customers or clients that would entice them to come back again? Do you have a CRM system set up and could you issue discounts or loyalty points? Keep them in the loop, share updates, special offers & information about new products or services. You can even make a birthday list and wish them a happy birthday via email. You want them to feel loved GET FEEDBACK: Another great one is to survey or poll your customers. Get their feedback and find out what they want so that you can continue to work to meet their needs. Based off this feedback, can you update your products or services, offer easier payment methods etc? OFFER POST-PURCHASE DISCOUNTS: This is a powerful one! Can you offer a gift voucher to your customers/clients so they come back again? This basically a little thank you for shopping with you or using your services & is one of the best tactics used by many companies. Who’s received an eDM to say their voucher is expiring soon and then proceeded to make a purchase? I know I have (many times) Do you have any awesome tips to share to help increase transaction frequency? We hope you’re loving these tips . . . . #accounting #smallbusiness #charteredaccountant #businessowner #business #businesstips #businessminded #businessowners #entrepreneurial #entrepreneur #success #motivation #entrepreneurship #inspiration #mindset #instagood #instagram #life #goals #follow #sales #melbournebusinesses #ecommerce

14.01.2022 Our Queensland and NSW clients are excited to see the borders re-opening - it's a step in the right direction for the whole country!
