22.01.2022 Tip of the day: All dogs need a calm but firm pack leader in there house hold. From the smallest dog to the biggest your fur babies just like real kids need rules and boundaries. Each should be treated the same regardless of size.

07.01.2022 Tip of the day: Dont get a new dog when your due to have your new baby. Puppies require attention, excercise and dedication you most likely can not provide when you have a new born! Ive seen to many give away adds recently in regards to this. Its a shame and not thought out well. It may work for a very very very select few but I would definitely not recommend it.

06.01.2022 Dog parks are a great place to socialise your dog! Start young, but not to young, very small puppies can get flustered and scared by all the attention they will receive by larger adult dogs! Why not try a puppy class for socialisation with puppies of a similar age!! Message me for details of our next session

02.01.2022 Tip of the day: remember your new puppy will live any where from 8-18years remember this is the commitment you make when you buy your new family member. If your puppy or dog is misbehaving or to excitable, chewing or not listening it doesn't mean it isnt the right dog for you or that he/she is naughty he/she may be bored or in need of a little training! There is no bad dog just a dog who hasn't learned how to behave correctly yet. No dog is to old to learn!!
01.01.2022 Tip of the day: is your dog or puppy chasing his or her tail? Please remember that tail chasing is NOT cute or funny! While some puppies do experiment with a couple of tail chases, encouraging this behavior only leads to unhealthy OBSESSION! Tail chasing is usually a symptom of (to name just a few): 1: Bordom 2: Anxiety... 3: stress 4: skin conditions 5: early separation from the mother What ever reason your dog is "spinning" it is not something to be giggled at. I found an artical as an example, which you might find interesting and perhaps a little shocking. Correct your dogs "spinning" as early as possible! Signs you may need assistance 1: your dog does this multiple times a day 2: your dog does this for more then a turn or two (I would correct that as well though) 3: your dog/puppy does not stop when asked 4:your dog/puppy stops, but resumes shortly after 5: your dog/puppy is injuring itself (eg: biting tail) Breeds who tend to have a higher disposition to "spinning" 1: English bull terrier 2: german shepherd 3: staffies 4: cattle/working dog breeds
