05.01.2022 Property market is crazy but skittish all at the same time at the moment. In inner-city Sydney, there is real competition on most properties but I have also found that buyers will jump to the next new property on the market at a moments notice. The message here is, dont assume that the activity seen in the first week of an auction campaign will necessarily be there at auction day. It is important to get your timing on your pre-auction offer right. Call me if you need a hand.
