12.01.2022 Do you ever find yourself putting the same comments in a specific area for almost every routine inspection? For example, in a kitchen commenting that benches, floors, fan and oven are clean. Or is there a particular statement you want to include in the tenant summary?... Or perhaps you wish there were some text prompts to make sure everything was checked within a room There are lots of ways in PIM to do this (shorthand words, sub inspection areas etc) but perhaps one of the simplest is to use Prepopulated Notes. You can set these up quickly in settings under the inspection area or sub inspection area. From then on, any new inspection will automatically have this text included in the comments for that area. Many of our customers like to work on the 80% rule; if 80% of the time, you type the same comment in an area then a Prepopulated Note would work well. Then during one of those 20% inspections where the prepopulated note doesn’t really apply, simply edit or remove it. Re-Leased users can now directly import their 'Scheduled' inspections from Re-Leased using a single click in PIM and then automatically upload their Inspection reports and notes back into Re-Leased.
