08.01.2022 Fantastic Testimonial for Bec Dufall This is the first time we have dealt with a real estate to rent out our unit and the process was made very easy by Bec Dufall at Mandurah Property Management. ... We were first told about Mandurah Property Management by family who used Belinda and her team a few years ago. After a short email the process was rolling. Bec was quick to make contact and find out what our needs were. She listened and provided us with the valuable information we required as first time landlords. She gave us time to make decisions, just checking in over the next few weeks to see if we wished to progress and to see if we needed any more information. Once we decided on our dates for tenants and how we wanted to proceed Bec made arrangements to come to our home to set things in motion. She was not pushy, she listened, she was prompt and transparent with her communication, and she was friendly.
