25.01.2022 Rents in Perth are growing at the fastest rate of all cities around the country as per this chart below from CoreLogic as at 30/6/20. There are currently only 4008 properties available to rent in Perth and there is a very low vacancy rate of 2.2%!!! In a stable market the vacancy rate would be 3%.
