Décor Made Easy purchased a Propress Steamer for his curtain business in July 1997. ... . Steve contacted us a short time ago, wanting to find a longer hose for his steamer. We adapted our drapery kit, a 3m long hose and pole to steam the top of curtains, without climbing a ladder, so that it would fit his 22 year old Propress Steamer. . It is brilliant, says Steve. 21.01.2022 Most people and businesses purchasing a Propress Steamer nowadays have a steamer they want to replace. So one of the services we provide, when feasible, is the pick up and disposal of their steamer in an environmentally friendly way. A few weeks ago, we collected 5 Steamers to discard over a couple of days. Talking to our new clients, it turns out some of these steamers are only a few months old, and some are a couple of years old (photo # 1). It always amazes me to see peopl...e buying equipment that is not suitable, these were busy stores. Not only these Steamers dont give very good results, but they are expensive because of their short lives in busy stores. On the other hand, we replaced 3 Propress Steamers, 2 from Sussan stores, that we supplied in 2002 and 2003, thats 16 and 17 years ago (photo # 2). Amazing!
