Two of the most common positions is the upper body being forced into extension and rotation. Therefore training anti extension and anti rotation exercises that can help combat the bulls force and help a rider stay in the best position possible during the ride. ... 12.01.2022 Do you have poor posture when riding bulls? When performing the Kneeling hip hinge use a piece of dowel or broomstick held lengthwise along the spine. The dowel should maintain contact with the sacrum, mid thoracic spine and the head when performing the movement. This movement teaches correct hip flexion and extension similar to that made when riding.
