21.01.2022 Our latest work using our 80 ton test bed to pre-stretch wires for a stadium refurbishment. We pre-stretched 10 x wire stays in 14 mm The products we used were 14 mm 1x19 SS wire with an MBL of 160kN. The threaded swages studs that we swaged onto this wire were from Blue Wave Denmark. The thread size was M22 and the MBL is 159kn. Following with 2 x wire stays in 12 mm The products we used were 12 mm 1x19 SS wire with an MBL of 107kn. The M20 Rigging Screw and Fork terminal. ...The MBL for these is: 110kn.
