01.01.2022 Care and time taken in preparing this tin tile roof for painting. Lichen can damage the substrate so we advise its removal and painting the surface to deter its return. Cosmetic damage to the tiles done previously by contractors can be seen to the left. Charlie takes all due care to not dent the tiles further.
