23.01.2022 One of our latest challenges was to create a branch experience for a well established New Zealand based financial institution. The overarching brief was To enable their team members to have quality conversations with their customers." The research phase brought together many ideas for this new branch concept, with a relentless focus on visibility and community. The branch was to be a place that was welcoming, encouraged all customers to want to come in for face to face banking and deliver on a space that felt like home. The fusion of a man-made environment with the iconic New Zealand landscape and scenery was a clear direction, whilst the evolution of banking was a defined alternative.
