24.01.2022 Lovely birthday celebration for Brian 70 and his grand daughter who was 1 cool but pleasant enough for a few games. Thanks to the wonderful volunteers Brett, Allan and Jan who made everything run smoothly.

24.01.2022 A different day at Prospect Petanque yesterday, 50 guests of Ron Hamilton and Family celebrated his 70th Birthday..lots of fun and some newbies playing Petanque..a couple of prospects to follow up.. Black White and Teal was the theme of the day, unfortunate for some but Ron paid for the day..wife Cathy is Crows supporter!!!..fun speeches and beaut food all made for a great day. Special thanks to our Function Team members for their huge help on the day Erina Newnham, Lise Windsor, and Megan Kerr. Jan Parkinson popped in for an hour or so always a great help. Great day for the Hamilton’s and financial day for the Club..

13.01.2022 While Prospect Petanquers were play State Singles Championship some of our team we’re hosting a third Birthday Party for a delightful young family and their 60 + guests..Weather fantastic kids run a muck in playground next store and we Jan & Rob Parkinson and myself kept the bar flowing for a tidy profit for the Club.. Beaut day all round for a local family and friends Thanks Rob and Jan..

12.01.2022 Great day at Prospect Petanque for the 2019 Memorial Cup, 32 Players amazing weather and outstanding food. Great memories of deceased Club members acknowledged. Principal winners in a high quality final were Selina Dally and Ray Drummond over Dave Ward and Jean Philippe Gugilemi. The Consolante won by Prospect’s Janet Jenkin and Michael Frodyma over Llianne Healy and Anthony Pietsch, Convival winners were Tori McBride and Lionel Pujol. Friendly winners were Richard Voskamp an...d Marilyn Trebilcock. Fabulous food by Heike Whitehorn, Jan Parkinson and Allan Sanderson. Breakfast by Ross and Sophie Williams. 07.01.2022 Fab day at Prospect Petanque Club..for the final Snake Cup in memory of our lost prodigy Jake McKee..40 players turned out to contest this 15th and final Snake Cup. A top final between eventual winners Alexi Alexi, Maurice Belz and trophy holder Selina Dally. They defeated Rada and Dominic Pierre with Wendy Bensen.. Success for Prospect in the Consolante won by Janet Jenkins, Mike Frodyma and Marty Verdonk..A great convivial victory by the Adelaide team if Judith Brown, Shel...ly Li and Wayne Twidgen.. Special thanks to the Nova Gardens teams in the finals..Sue, Jonathan and Robyn..Convivale, also Greg, Bruce and Deric in the Consolante. Fantastic food by the Scott family, Gavin, Melissa and daughter Erin who made yummy Portuguese Tarts with whipped cream and Strawberries for desert.. 06.01.2022 Melee night at Prospect Petanque with the first round of the Winter series with Fab Food organised by cooks Alan Matthews and Wendy Dewis and the presentations to the winner and place getters of the Autumn Series. On the menu was Alan’s special Hot Dogs featuring Kransky with onions mushies chilli zucchini done on the Barbecue yum..Wendy’s Ministronie soup or Potato and bacon soup or both!!! Sophie Williams popped in with some delicious Brownies..by the way we played two rounds of Petanque amongst having fab food all washed down with Mull Wine a la Richard Huntley The Winner of the Autumn competition was Michael Frodyma runner up was Janet Jenkin and third was Melissa Scott.. Great night with 25 Petanquers braving the early Winter chills why not ..with our great Food menu to keep us warm..
