25.01.2022 I feel overjoyed to be entrusted with building and maintaining the culture, growth and spirit of this safe space for Ladies Northside in Canberra ACT. This Ladies Only health and fitness space isn't just a gym. It is a community with member benefits and value that far outweigh the cost of membership! I always wanted to be here, to help women of all ages in their health and wellness journey, but honestly never thought it possible that I could get this far and be in the positi...on of motivator, guide and supporter to almost 1500 ladies!!! When we start work, take breaks, have meetings, meet deadlines, finish work, make appointments, socialize ect, much of our day is dictated by others.... However, recently I realized that it is humans that need saving,, and the animals and plants, this diverse fragile eco system that we humans seperate ourselves from. The Earth is fine. Without humans she will recover and live on. Now I understand that I am in the business of saving humans.

06.01.2022 The Three Core Human Needs 1. To be loved 2. To belong 3. To be safe... We need a little of each but each of us need a little more of one than the others. Intuitively we know what we need and seek.it in every area of our lives. It can motivate us. We may also feel empty or unfulfilled without that which we seek most. For me, my desire to create a tribe of supportive caring women dedicated to their health and a sustainable future through living mindfully and in congruence with mother nature is driven by my need to belong. The tell tale signs for this desire was my fear of rejection and desire to serve and please others. People experienced me as the kind, agreeable girl who didn't know how to say no. This caused me to also be known as unreliable because I would simply disappear when I took on too much and became overwhelmed. I learnt to say no and although belonging is still my main core need I have found my tribe by creating it myself. I think we go through healthy and unhealthy ways to meet our needs. Which is your greatest need? Love, Belonging or Safety? How do you meet this need?
