Sometimes, due to affordability, some inv...estors may feel that apartments are the only option available to them. In some instances, this may be the case. However, it is possible to look more broadly and consider other investment options - for example other markets around Australia where affordability is better (such as South Australia - great, steady market based on past performance) or some other investment strategies such as property syndicates.
