10.01.2022 A big day but a fantastic day that makes my job so enjoyable and fulfilling. Morning trip to the Gold Coast to assist the Good Coast Sharks Lacrosse kick off their 2020 season with the AGM and then a get to know throw around. Then off to Ipswich to attend the official opening of the new club batting cages, a $200,000 project which is now providing the community of Ipswich with a great new facility. Especially great to see local member Jim Madden and a number of the founding members who started the club in 1954 able to attend. Followed by a relaxing afternoon watching a quality game of baseball under the shade of the new marquees.

Funding secured through the former Get Playing Places and Spaces of $150,000.00 will be used to create this fantastic new facility for use by the club and the community of the Central Highlands Region.
