16.01.2022 Kicking off this week is the fit-out and remedial works of a full block of 12 units in Randwick. Working closely with the owners, we are aiming to minimise disruption and deliver the building ahead of schedule.

15.01.2022 Prostruct have been contracted to complete remedial + refurbishment works to two blocks of units in neighbouring suburbs (Coogee and Randwick). Our scope includes demolition, structural repairs, facade and internal fit-out works (to individual owners specs). 2 x blocks totalling 18 units.

13.01.2022 New project! We love seeing projects develop from sketch design to completion. Seeing ideas develop to physical spaces makes the process so much more rewarding at the end. This project will involve the alterations and additions of an existing office block with the addition of two new floors od functional work spaces.

All walls are manufactured, assembled then disassembled in panel sizes which suit the lift access to the worksite. 07.01.2022 Our Kogarah office expansion project is complete! Constructed from lightweight material with thermal and acoustic efficiency considered in design, the building process was able to be quick, sustainable and cost effective without compromising on quality. With the help of our structural engineers - Acroyali Engineering, we were able to build the structure without the need for lower floor strengthening. Prostructs scope included early design development, DA lodgement, construction and base build fit-out of the new office suites. Also commending the efforts of our project architect @smithtzannes for a smooth DA process and fantastic outcome. by @simonwhitbreadphoto @ Kogarah, New South Wales

06.01.2022 Weve had a busy few weeks working away on our new project with @thegrounds team - The Linseed House... kicking the project off with some heavy-duty, controlled structural demolition (some walls 4 layers thick!). Due to the heritage status of the building, each brick has been carefully preserved and will be reinstalled on the project by a team of skilled bricklayers. Bookings for the first wedding functions have already been made and the team are on track to deliver the first wedding in just 6 weeks! @ The Grounds of Alexandria

01.01.2022 P R E C I S I O N Great work by Gez, John and our carpentry team fitting off a floating oak staircase at our Kogarah commercial build. The 400kg structural steel stringer had to be transported up a lift in sections and assembled on site. Structural steel stringer installed, painted and timber fitted in just 2 days total!
