25.01.2022 Next Stephen Jays coming together. This one will be on its way to Equitana in Melbourne.

24.01.2022 Another refit. This time a bit more structural work required. Quite a bit of degradation to this old girl. List of works included: - Complete removal of rotted flooring and replace with extruded aluminium flooring for increased strength. - All new roof bows and completely new fibreglass roof. We also raised the roof to a more usable height. - Then we did a complete fitout in the living area Including... - Onboard water, pump - Gas hot water - Gas cooktop - Battery charger - Storage - Dividing wall with bi- fold door for increased access - Roof mounted air con - LED lighting - Weatherproof floating floor - Full wet pour rubber flooring installed into the horse area See more

24.01.2022 Another little project out the door for a happy client. The client purchased an ex ticket sales booth to which we added a fit out to the clients design and needs. 24.01.2022 Float is back from the upholsterers. Now all she needs is a good details and graphics coming later this week. Will be adding more photos later of all the special lighting we have installed.

23.01.2022 Finishing off the next Stephen Jays Statesman. This will be on its way to its new owner in the next couple of days.

18.01.2022 The Equitana show float is coming together. Quite a bit of progress this week. It will be ready to roll shortly.

17.01.2022 Damaged float all repaired and back on the road for an event this weekend! We did a couple of other mods while this was here including a new battery system, upgraded some of the floats wiring and tidied up some bits in the kitchen area as well.

17.01.2022 New products about to come out for our horse float friends. We are doing a lightweight fibreglass drop in top bunk system. Stay tuned to see the moulding process and the finished product shortly!

17.01.2022 Another custom refit for a very happy client. We took the brief and delivered! Some of the upgrades and inclusion are: - Rollout aluminium stairs with LED lighting - All drop storage boxes refitted and sorted to now safely house water pump and tank etc.... - Complete kitchen and living area fit out - Full 240V/12V fridge freezer set up in stainless steel - Full battery management system for standalone powering of the float. - Horse area shower set up with - LED lighting throughout - Full weatherproof floating flooring - Dometic roof mounted system reverse cycle air conditioner See more

15.01.2022 Just a quick little roof raise for this Tuza float. The owner needed a new roof and whilst at it we lifted it to aid head clearance for her new horse. We also installed a new front window.

13.01.2022 This week we did a quick little fabrication for a food truck under construction. The client needed a structural roof fabricated to make the vehicle water tight. As well as a mounting frame for the charcoal filter. This had to be able to not only take the weight of the unit as a static load but also as a dynamic load as it goes down the highway from event to event. We can wait to try the food coming out of this van, weve had a sneak peek at the menu!!

12.01.2022 Another repair to a happy customer. This little Boeckmann has an unfortunate run in with an overhead structure. So we were able to save the roof and give it a new lease on life. We also fixed a couple of other structural issues with this float. As we are certified boatbuilders as well we do all our own in house fibreglass repair work.

12.01.2022 Just a nice little job to finish the year. The client needed a new floor and tailgate. We repaired the floor. Added equine rubber to the walls and did one of our signature floors. And also the tailgate came in for the same treatment. This will give this little float another life!

09.01.2022 Nice quick little refurb for a local client. They purchased the float with knowing it needing a bit of work. We replaced the rotting timber floor with our aluminium extruded flooring, no more rot ever! New aluminium plate tailgate skin. again no more plywood for rotting! Complete wet pour rubber flooring and tailgate.... And we also fabricated and installed a complete aluminium storm door with gas struts. New rump rails internally were sourced and installed. 07.01.2022 We’ve just done an emergency tailgate repair for one of good clients. Complete replacement of the hinge mechanism and strengthening of the damaged area. We also replaced the external skin of the tailgate.

03.01.2022 Just a quick little job while before starting the next float. The owner of this float needed a little bit of rubber work done to the front of her straight loader. We were able to squeeze it out in under a day including picking up the float and return delivery.
