04.01.2022 Do you know when your filter needs a sand change? Sand in sand filter only last about 5-7 years. After this, it won't filter your pool efficiently and will start to cause issues. Remember that your water is filtered in this sand and you won't believe what's in the sand after 5-7 years. This customer's sand filter was in bad shape so the best option was to replace the sand filter and put in good river grade sand to last for many years.
