20.01.2022 Just another day in South Australia, with some magnificent crops.

15.01.2022 With the rapid expansion of protected cropping around Australia, growers are using innovative ways to minimize nutrient and sediment loss. Here is an example on the mid north coast of NSW where cover crops and a bioreactor are being used to strip out nitrogen and phosphorous before it enters receiving waters, with the potential to convert to a closed water recycling system in the future. This site was part of a PCA Regional Tour in 2018 and great to see progress on this property.

04.01.2022 Saw this post on LinkedIn and thought it was a clever way to grow dragonfruit in protected cropping using hanging gutters and the cascade technique! Thought our members might like it too and it would stimulate some ideas with new high value crops under PC.
