It is believed the child's mother 37 year old Laura Black took the little girl in the car in the morning as she dropped her siblings at school. Then only discovered her daughter when she went to pick up her siblings from school in the afternoon The Temperature in Townsville yesterday was 31 degrees. According to RACQ the interior of a car even if it's parked in the shade can reach a temperature of 75.1 degrees Laura Black and her 30 year old boyfriend Aaron Hill have both been charged with Manslaughter- Negligence to a Human Life. They have been remanded in custody and are facing Townsville Magistrate Court this morning The deceased 3 year old girls Siblings are now in the care of their Father This tragedy comes with a very critical reminder - Children, The Elderly and Animals must not be left in a closed car NOT EVEN FOR A MINUTE The Temperature in a closed car with no ventilation on a warm day heats up extremely quickly Investigations are continuing BUT what sort of Excuse can this Mother give for not realising her Daughter was missing for a period of over 6 hours? I would suggest a very poor one R.I.P - Little Innocent Angel - You did not deserve to have your Life Cruelly cut so short Thinking of all Friends and Family connected to this Tragedy

It is now 2020 still in Family Court but finally I have some hope Today I am in receipt of a Family Report - the 6th one in 10 years that has completely and wholly taken into consideration the Wishes and Beliefs of the Children The OP has tried to take No Accountability for his actions and blame it all on me He is the victim of Domestic Violence not me I have alienated him from his children it is all my fault It will be now be up to the Family Court to make the final decision but the Family Report is 100% supportive of the wishes of the Children Finally I feel some hope I don't want Revenge just Justice

So they have the power to detain anyone that has not done anything but is at risk of doing something. In History these sorts of powers were established in Pre - War Germany But it won't STOP there. The Bill proposes that the "designated police officers" can report a civilian to The Court The Courts are then going to be given the power to not only remove children from their parents and put them into "out of home care" but to also place those children "in out of home care " for a longer cumulative period than would otherwise not be permitted under current legislation THE TOTAL DETENTION OF THE CHILDREN CAN TAKE AS LONG AS 30 MONTHS Thankfully the power to detain children for up to 30 months is not in the power of " Designated Authorised Officers" but that's where the process of 'those likely to offend' starts.
