24.01.2022 Sometimes we think our goals are not achievable...

23.01.2022 We can never be reminded enough about the importance of taking time out to chill. Before we know it out of nowhere the body feels heavy, tired and less tolerant. Why does this happen? Because we forget to take some time out. ... I’ve selected a couple of pics of places that stop me in my tracks, thoughts and actions. Sometimes I’ve found myself smiling while looking at these sceneries. Life is full and beautiful don’t forget to see it xo

20.01.2022 Ever considered being a foster carer. Our country is in desperate need of beautiful people to help support love and nurture kids who can not live with their parents. After working in child protection for 6 mths I can say a little love and kindness and patients of course goes a long way with kids needing care. Reach out if you can, you just may be the right person to make a huge difference in a young persons struggling difficult life

17.01.2022 A stand still moment... When you realise that the life you are living is way more evident than you think. How? Striving for the perfect job, house, relationships, environment when all you need to do is look around you. ... Today I worked with 2 outstanding families. Not the kind you would see as being recognised as outstanding families however two families that have truely stopped me in my tracks. People are so interesting. We put so much trust in those with qualifications yet often they are not even paying attention to our needs. Today I experienced first hand pure love, pure selflessness, pure intentions that I realised by being part of these families support, interventions and coaching I too benefit. We really are here to help each other, I absolutely love seeing this and feeling it. It seems while we strive for the title and qual we loose humanity and compassion. I ask to be where I can best serve, support and grow. Here I am supporting incredible people who devote their lives to others in foster care and residential care. I work with families, young people, youth workers, and others the most heart warming moments are by far when you sincerely connect with another human.

08.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone... it’s been a big couple of weeks with work, family, important reminders such as R U OK day and suicide prevention day. Using tools that can assist you to keep everything in perspective is essential. It is easy to become overwhelmed, anxious and depressed.... May I remind you to find your joy in some kind of healing. Therapy, meditation, crystals, oils, being with a loved one. Once you know what helps you feel better you have a go to solution. Being a problem solver is a solution. If you need any help please reach out. Despite all the craziness at the end of our lives all we want is to say we lived, we loved, we were loved. I love my crystals they bring healing and happiness to my life
