24.01.2022 MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT - SATURDAY 28 MARCH 2020 Download or copy the Progress Mount Isa How to Vote Card to take with you to the polls. CREATE. PROGRESS. ACHIEVE During these unprecedented times of change, Mount Isa needs a council that is ready to hit the ground running. ... Our Progress Mount Isa team all hold councillor positions and have 61 years experience between us - including Joyce McCulloch and George Fortune with 8 years each and Jean Ferris with a remarkable 29 years. We know the processes. We understand the policies. We are experienced at implementing change. We have established strong and healthy relationships with state and commonwealth Governments including health bodies and can implement change quickly and efficiently There are four small business owners in our team Peta Macrae, Paul Stretton, Mick Tully and Joyce McCulloch - who all have staff, contractors and customers. Like you, we are experiencing the current COVID19 restrictions and understand fully the impact to Businesses and Industry. Phil Barwick is a Health Care leader with North and West Remote Health which brings a deeper understanding of residents’ health needs. We are a unified team which is why we’ve chosen to run together for another four-year term. We can’t predict what will happen in the next few days, weeks or months, but we are committed to working closely with the Local and District Disaster Management Groups and all authorities, and quickly implement changes that will protect our community. Let's Continue the Success #ProgressMountIsa2020

24.01.2022 PLANS TO PROGRESS. Create. Progress. Achieve. Water has always been important to us in the North West. Users can also connect to an App and keep an eye on water usage and can then set up alerts for unexpected peaks in usage. Let’s Continue the Success! #ProgressMountIsa2020

And it is wonderful to see the Mount Isa community spirit shining during these unique times. In the meantime, though, we await the updated counts from the election. The latest information we have received from ECQ is that the counting is continuing, with postal and phone votes still to go. We w...ill only have more results as the ECQ updates their website. All we can really say at the moment, as we await the formal results, is that many team members are continuing to poll strongly. While we are waiting, we want to thank all our supporters those who have thanked us for our dedication and work over the past four years, those who voted for the team again this year, and those who volunteered their time to help with the election campaign. We thank our families and friends; as well as those who have taken the time to reach out to us since Saturday, to check in and to pass on their best wishes. Stay Safe everyone.
